Fore Innovations LX L3 Triple Pump Fuel System – TI 274 / E85 | 2005+ 300C, Charger, Challenger & Magnum

The Fore Innovations LX L3 Triple Pump Fuel System is a complete return-style fuel system designed for high-horsepower HEMI applications requiring substantially more fuel capacity than the factory system can provide.

This Bailys Hyperformance configuration is built around three TI Automotive F90000274 fuel pumps and is designed for ethanol-blend/E85 applications. The system is capable of supporting 1,200+ RWHP and uses Fore Innovations' FC3A staged pump controller to operate the pumps based on fuel demand.

Rather than running all three pumps continuously, the staged configuration allows the primary pump to handle normal operation while the secondary pumps are activated as additional fuel volume is required. This reduces unnecessary electrical load and fuel heating while providing the fuel capacity needed under boost and high engine load.

Fuel System Features

The LX L3 retains the OEM fuel transfer system, factory fuel-level senders, and EVAP functionality while replacing the factory fuel delivery system with a high-capacity return-style setup.

Fuel is supplied through the triple-pump module, filtered through the upgraded 128mm stainless-steel filter, delivered through PTFE -8 AN feed and return lines, and regulated by Fore's F4i boost-referenced fuel pressure regulator.

The included FC3A staged controller and Honeywell pressure switch allow the additional fuel pumps to be activated as demand increases rather than operating all three pumps continuously.

Intake / Fuel Rail Configuration

This system is configured for 6.1L intake applications with billet Fore Innovations HEMI fuel rails.

Installation Notes

This is a stand-alone performance fuel system and requires professional installation and custom tuning.

The installer and tuner must properly integrate the system with the vehicle's OEM wiring and fuel-pump controls, configure pump staging, properly route the feed and return lines, set base fuel pressure, and verify fuel pressure under load.

High-output fuel pumps generate significantly more heat than the factory fuel system. Because the factory fuel tank's composite construction retains heat and its shape can limit fuel pickup, Fore Innovations recommends maintaining more fuel in the tank than would normally be required, particularly during racing or other high-load operation.
